Refund Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-29
14 days, any payment, any reason
Every payment for an iGregulator plan — the first one, and every monthly or yearly renewal — can be refunded in full within 14 days of the charge. You do not need to give a reason.
How to ask
- Card payments are sold by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Ask for a refund through the link in your Paddle receipt email, at paddle.net, or by writing to support@igregulator.io and we will arrange it with Paddle.
- Invoiced plans: write to support@igregulator.io from the account's address or the invoice's billing address.
The refund goes back to the card or account you paid from, in the currency you paid in. Your bank decides how long it takes to show — usually 5–10 working days.
What happens to the plan
A refunded payment ends the period it paid for, and a card subscription that is refunded is cancelled so it is not charged again. Your account, API keys, watchlist and webhook endpoints are kept, so you can pick up again later without setting anything up.
After 14 days
Payments older than 14 days are not refunded, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires it. To stop paying, cancel at any time from your account's Billing page: the plan stays active to the end of the period already paid, and is not renewed.
